As a practicing dentist in the city and county
of Broomfield, you have been given a unique opportunity to
choose your local tripartite component. We appreciate being
given the chance to introduce you to the many benefits available
through the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society.
Our profession today is in the midst of a dramatic
period of change and there are numerous events and issues
affecting dentistry on almost a daily basis. Your input
is vital to formulate policies that help the profession move
forward and allow us to respond in innovative ways to these
changes.
The Metropolitan Denver Dental Society (MDDS)
supports over 1,400 members, representing more than 83%
of all metro-area dentists, and we would enjoy the privilege
of serving you. We are sure that you will find membership
in the MDDS component a valuable investment!
Some

Access to professional
continuing education and quality networking.
E njoy the fellowship of other dentists through a variety
of events and meetings. Each January, MDDS brings you The
Rocky Mountain Dental Convention. Taking place at the
newly expanded Colorado Convention Center, this program provides
you three days (up to 16 credit hours) of the best speakers
addressing the most relevant topics available in the region
for one low fee. MDDS also sponsors a Spring and Fall General
Membership Meeting, where you can acquire both an hour of
C.E. and time to network with your professional peers. In
addition, your participation in local programs and society
committees gives you an opportunity to impact the direction
of your profession.
You'll
also have the opportunity to participate in other programs
at reduced fees including educational opportunities for staff
and doctor including advanced level participation courses
offered throughout the year.

subscription to The Articulator Magazine ,
the society's primary membership communication vehicle for
the latest in local dental news and information, as well as
one free classified ad per year and editorial/publishing
opportunities. Members also receive valuable discount services
such as Colorado Employment Law manuals, management
system consultations and more. In addition, the
MDDS website is packed with such valuable services as a career
center for free job postings and resume viewing ,
easy on-line discount registrations , access
to free school presentation materials and
a " find a dentist " membership directory

voice. MDDS is committed to representing and
protecting the integrity of its members by increasing the
public's awareness of dentistry and the importance of oral
health. In an effort to continually improve the image of the
dental profession and enhance the way you practice, MDDS sustains
a strong presence for dentistry in the local news media as
well as through the promotion of community service and volunteer
recognition programs. MDDS is active in such valuable programs
as the 9Health Fair, Children's Dental Health Month activities
and a Domestic Violence Dental Care program where you can
volunteer to make a difference in the community that we serve.
