Rates for Display Ads
The
Colorado Dental Association accepts two forms of advertising:
display ads and classified ads. Display ads are accepted
only in the quarterly Journal. An advertising contract
must accompany any submitted ad. Other advertising options
are available through the CDA Medallion Plan.
