X-Ray Training Tapes

Dental Assistants are required to complete a State Board of Dental Examiners approved training course. Failure to comply can result in sanctions on a dentist’s license. This videotape course, jointly sponsored by the CDA and the University of Colorado School of Dentistry, is board-approved for compliance with Rule X of the Colorado Dental Practice Law and is available to CDA members at a discount. The summer issue of the Journal of the Colorado Dental Association contains a full membership directory, which lists members in alpha order and by city. Every member and subscriber is mailed a copy of this issue in August.

Membership Mailing Labels

Every member is entitled to a complimentary set of mailing labels each fiscal year. Additional sets are available for purchase. Additional requests by member dentists are $50.00 per set.

All requests for labels must be submitted in writing and include the following information:

• Name and address of person requesting the membership list
• Sorted alphabetically or by zip
• Date labels needed
• Sample of what will be mailed to the membership
• Payment
• Any copy that could be considered a classified non-dental oriented ad cannot be accepted.
