Time to Renew Your Dental License!

January 16, 2012

License renewal for dentists and dental hygienists is now available. Click here to renew your dental license. A yellow license renewal postcard will be mailed to the address you have on file with the Colorado State Board of Dental Examiners (SBDE) later this week, but you don’t need to wait on this postcard to complete your renewal. All dental licenses expire Feb. 29, 2012, so be sure to complete your renewal by this date. You must maintain an active license in order to practice dentistry or dental hygiene in Colorado.

Please also note that you must complete a new disclosure profile form as part of the 2012 license renewal process. You will not be able to complete your license renewal until you have completed this profile form. Click here to create an account and begin the profile process. The CDA published an article in the Winter 2012 CDA Journal with additional information on completing the profile form. Please allot at least 30 minutes to complete the profile form for the first time.
