Renewing your membership in the CDA is one of the best investments you can make.

The CDA represents approximately 70% of Colorado’s licensed dentists with a membership of over 3,500 dental professionals. By joining the CDA, you receive a tripartite membership in the American Dental Association, CDA, and your local component society.

Before renewing, please review the payment plans below. By renewing your membership, you pledge to adhere to the ADA Principles of Ethics and Code of Conduct.

After you login, update your contact information online under “My ADA.” This is the database used for mail and email correspondence.

While you’re in MyADA, take 5 minutes to update your Find-a-Dentist profile and then begin to build your credentialing profile through the ADA Credentialing Service.

Membership dues can be paid by:

Check (payable to the CDA) for the full dues amount. Mail with dues statement to 8301 E. Prentice Ave., Ste. 400, Greenwood Village, CO 80111.

Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) or debit card (which will process as a credit card payment).

Members have a way to pay dues that provides a safe and convenient way to maintain membership and benefits. The Auto-Renewal Plan allows your dues to be automatically renewed and paid with your credit card each year. See the full terms and conditions.

Auto-renewal plans are available in 10-month installments or newly added 12-month installments starting in December for 10-month installments, January for 12-month installments or paid as one lump sum. The auto-renewal program allows the option of a once-per-year payment or a 10-month or 12-month payment plans that will process continuously from year to year until a member asks the auto-renewal payment to stop. The 10-month installment payment plan runs December through September. The 12-month installment payment plan runs January through December. If paying fewer than 10 installments, the first installment will reflect a sum of December through the current month, with all subsequent payments being divided into equal amounts, and similar for 12-month installments. There are no additional fees.

The CDA will process payments for auto-renewal and installments as follows:

By electing to enroll in the installment payment program or auto-renewal program the member agrees to have up-to-date information on their membership profile including a good phone number, email address and primary mailing address.

Credit cards will be processed on the 15th of each month for 10-month installments (the first payment is Dec. 15, 2023 and the last payment is Sept. 15, 2024). Credit cards will be processed on the 14th of each month for 12-month installments (the first payment is Jan. 14, 2024 and the last payment is Dec. 14, 2024). Auto-renewal one-time payments will be processed on Dec. 15.

Kindly be aware that the CDA is embarking on a significant system upgrade, and as a result, there will be no payment plans processed in July. Instead, we will conduct two payment transactions in August, one on the 1st and another on the 15th. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

No refunds will be provided for cancelled memberships. By enrolling in a membership, the “membership year” spans a calendar year from January through December and not a 12-month period from the date of enrollment. If plan payments are cancelled before dues are paid in full for the current year, membership will be cancelled and all benefits will cease.
